Return & Warranty Policy
Product Damage or Defect Return Policy:
If your parcel is found damaged or defective, it will be considered under our warranty policy only if an unboxing video is provided at the time of opening the package.
The video must clearly show the parcel from all sides before opening, and the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
If the unboxing video is not provided, we will not be able to process any refund, replacement, or warranty claim for damaged or defective products.
