Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At Shrinath Enterprise, we strive to provide you with the best quality cookware products and smooth shopping experience. However, if you wish to cancel or return a product, please read the following policy:

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer support at +91 9825146887 | nirmalacookware@gmail.com with your Order ID.

Returns

  • You may return products if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied with proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility:

  1. The product will be considered for return or refund only if it is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  2. To validate any return or refund claim, the customer must record a full unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.
  3. The unboxing video must clearly show:
    • The outer package condition before opening
    • The complete unboxing process (without any cuts or pauses)
    • The visible product damage or defect, if any

If the unboxing video is not provided, the product will not be eligible for any refund, replacement, or warranty claim.
